We dig deep to find every variable that will help determine the best path to achieve your goals. We assess your metabolic rate based off your stature, exercise output, job/lifestyle, lean body mass, and current body-fat to help determine your required energy intake for your goal(s). We also assess your fitness levels, training history, dietary habits, sleeping patterns, and anything else that may need accounting for in designing your tailored programs.
We use scientifically proven methods to manipulate your exercise regime and nutritional intake to provide the most effective program for your goals based on your body’s current condition. This includes a combination of total energy and macronutrient intake and nutrient timing and partitioning for nutrition programs. We do not restrict any food groups or promote an excessive calorie deficit! Our goal is to make your 'diet' as sustainable and enjoyable as possible, without compromising results. Our training specialty lies in strength, hypertrophy, and anaerobic fitness development. We use scientifically supported methods to help improve strength and power fitness components, and body composition. We work with a wide range of people including the everyday gym warrior right through to physique and field sport athletes. Upon commencing your program we will track your progress every week and adjust your program(s) as necessary to ensure you never take a step backwards, so that you continuously move closer to your goal(s).
We understand the greatest determinant of your success is your compliance to the program(s) and therefore provide you with our personally designed and written Information Package filled with tips, tricks and instructions to help make eating and training as easy, enjoyable and effective as possible.
