Did you know mango and passionate are high in vitamin-C and vitamin-A. Vitamin-A is great for your skin as it controls the production of oil from your glands, and it's antioxidant effect helps to act as a natural anti-agent.
- 200g of fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 100g of coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 2 whole passionfruit (nectar)
- 100ml cold water
Here's how you make it:
- Blend all the ingredients together to form a sweet pulp
- Transfer to a container with a lid
- Freeze for 6 hours
