A new program will be designed for you every 3-5 weeks, depending on length of your training cycle that your coach determines is necessary to make the progress desired. Training progressions will be based off of your performance to help ensure you're taking strides towards your goal(s).

Our programs are 100% tailored to you and are, therefore, designed to suit your level of experience; whether that be you're new to a specific type of training or a seasoned athlete.
Available Facilities and Equipment
We cater for any facilities or equipment that may be available to you. We will gather all facility and equipment availability via a comprehensive questionnaire.
Note: some goals may require certain equipment and/or facilities. We will accommodate what is available to you as best as possible and make any recommendations that we strongly believe will help.

A: After purchasing your program, you'll be directed to register your online account and complete and submit your lifestyle, goals, and medical questionnaire, and online service agreement/waiver. Once these documents are returned, we will have your program designed within 7 days.
Q: How is the program tailored to my body, goals, and lifestyle?
A: We get you to complete a comprehensive lifestyle, goals and medical questionnaire to gather as much information possible about you. Based on these metrics and information, we design your program based on scientifically supported formulas and methods. We then continuously monitor your progress and adjust your program as necessary to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient and enjoyable means possible.
Q: I have certain dietary requirements/preferences; can you accommodate these?
A: Yes. We can design your sample meal plan to suit any dietary requirements/preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian etc.
Q: Do I have to eliminate any foods?
A: No, there is no requirement to eliminate any food groups. Everything in moderation is key and provided it can fit into your nutritional targets, there is no requirement to restrict anything.
Q: Can I consume alcohol on your program?
A: Absolutely! We will provide details on how to manage alcohol in your program and also educate you on the calorie content of typical beverages.

- Client must adhere to their programs and complete all weekly progress assessments for a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks for guaranteed results. We're extremely confident you'll make great progress throughout your program, but if you do not make any progress, we will refund you the full amount of the program.
- Subscription service will be charged every month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
- Subscription must be cancelled before payment is made for the month. No refund is available once payment has been made.
- No refund is available after the program has been delivered to the recipient.
- Eligible refunds will incur a €10 administration fee.
