Nutritional Targets
Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own meals based on tailored caloric and macronutrient targets! We provide you with all the tools necessary to make your own meals so you're never stuck eating the same thing.

Sample Meal Plan​
  • Caloric and macronutrient targets
  • Two sample meal plans designed to fulfil your calorie and macronutrient targets*
  • Includes only the foods that you enjoy to eat
  • Accommodates any dietary requirements and/or preferences (e.g. gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free etc.)
  • Ideal for those who are unfamiliar with calories and macronutrients and need extra guidance
  • Meals can be changed weekly upon request for variety
*Two different food days will be provided, e.g., a training and non-training day (not a 7 day meal plan). Foods will be changed on a weekly basis upon request for variety.
Training Program Details
Training Cycles
A new program will be designed for you every 3-5 weeks, depending on length of your training cycle that your coach determines is necessary to make the progress desired. Training progressions will be based off of your performance to help ensure you're taking strides towards your goal(s).

Experience Level
Our programs are 100% tailored to you and are, therefore, designed to suit your level of experience; whether that be you're new to training or a seasoned athlete.

Available Facilities and Equipment
We cater for any facilities or equipment that may be available to you. If you don't have access to a commercial gym, we will design your program to suit what is available to you - this may include home workouts with no equipment at all. We will gather all facility and equipment availability via a comprehensive questionnaire.
Note: some goals may require certain equipment and/or facilities. We will accommodate what is available to you as best as possible and make any recommendations that we strongly believe will help.


Goals
We cater for all health and fitness goals. As certified strength and conditioners, an exercise scientist, biomechanical analysist, exercise physiologist, and qualified trainers, we can help you achieve any general or high-performance goal(s).

Designed to Suit Your Training Availability
Your program will be designed to suit how many days you can commit to training, whether that be as few as 3 days per week, or as many as every day of the week. We will determine how many days we feel is required and appropriate, based on your training history and goals, that fits within your schedule.

FAQs
Q: Can your programs be completed anywhere in the world?
A: Yes. All programs are conducted entirely online and can be completed anywhere in the world.

Q: How long does it take to receive my program?
A: After purchasing your program, you'll be directed to register your online account and complete and submit your lifestyle, goals, and medical questionnaire, and online service agreement/waiver. Once these documents are returned, we will have your program designed within 7 days.

Q: How is the program tailored to my body, goals, and lifestyle?
A: We get you to complete a comprehensive lifestyle, goals and medical questionnaire to gather as much information possible about you. Based on these metrics and information, we design your program based on scientifically supported formulas and methods. We then continuously monitor your progress and adjust your program as necessary to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient and enjoyable means possible.

Q: I have certain dietary requirements/preferences; can you accommodate these?
A: Yes. We can design your sample meal plan to suit any dietary requirements/preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian etc.

Q: Do I have to eliminate any foods?
A: No, there is no requirement to eliminate any food groups. Everything in moderation is key and provided it can fit into your nutritional targets, there is no requirement to restrict anything.

Q: Can I consume alcohol on your program?
A: Absolutely! We will provide details on how to manage alcohol in your program and also educate you on the calorie content of typical beverages.

Q: I'm very short on time - will my workouts take long?
A: We will design your training program to accommodate any time-constraints as best as possible. Most workouts can be completed in under 30 minutes if needed.

Q: Do I have to train a certain amount of times per week?
A: No. We will design your program to suit your training availability; whether that's as few as 3 times per week, or as many as 7.

T&Cs
  1. Client must adhere to their programs and complete all weekly progress assessments for a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks for guaranteed results. We're extremely confident you'll make great progress throughout your program, but if you do not make any progress, we will refund you the full amount of the program.
  2. Subscription service will be charged every month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
  3. Subscription must be cancelled before payment is made for the month. No refund is available once payment has been made.
  4. No refund is available after the program has been delivered to the recipient.
  5. Eligible refunds will incur a €10 administration fee.
